Store – Artwork Editing Policy

Under most circumstances, the GoToTags Store will not create or alter customer artwork. If during the order review process it is determined that a change to the artwork is required, the customer will be contacted to make the change and to resubmit the artwork file.

Required edits will delay the start of production for the order and will also delay the delivery date. If the order has a tight delivery schedule, it is critical that the artwork be submitted as soon as possible so it can be reviewed as to not delay.
