Store – Artwork Editing Policy

Under standard circumstances, the GoToTags Store will not create or change customer artwork. If during the order review process it is determined that a change to the artwork is required, the customer will be contacted to make the change and to resubmit the artwork file.  The change could be small or large, GoToTags will not edit customer artwork. This process will delay the start of production of the order and will also delay the delivery date. If the order has a tight delivery schedule, its is CRITICAL that the artwork is submitted as soon as possible so it can be reviewed as to not delay.

If the customer is unable to create or edit the artwork themselves; under special circumstances GoToTags can perform this service for an hourly rate of $100 USD billed in 15 minute increments. This work is separate from the ordering of custom printed products; the final artwork must still be submitted by the customer and accept it as final.
