Store – Offline Payment

The GoToTags Store will accept offline payment methods when other online payment methods are not permitted. Offline payments can be used at checkout if a customer is having difficulty placing their order online via credit card, or if a customer requires a PDF invoice/sales quote to submit internally before providing payment.

Offline Payment Process

If offline payment methods are desired, the customer should select Offline from the Payment Method menu in step 2 of the online checkout process. After placing an order with offline payment selected, the customer will receive an order number and confirmation email; GoToTags will then contact the customer to determine a payment method or assist in determining why their online credit card payment had failed.
