Store – Return Shipping

If an order from the GoToTags Store has been approved for a return, the products must be returned within 7 days.

The customer is responsible for the cost to ship the return package. The customer is also responsible for the products in transit including damage, lost shipments and delays.

It is highly suggested to use a reputable shipping carrier with the appropriate insurance and tracking. Please include all original material and packing slips in the return shipment.
