Store – Shipment Delivery Tracking

Shipments for orders from the GoToTags Store will include delivery tracking if the selected shipping method allows it. The Priority, Express and Overnight shipping methods typically include a delivery tracking number with daily updates. Economy typically does not have delivery tracking except for when the package is scanned for pickup and scanned for delivery. If tracking during transit is required, a faster shipping method that includes daily tracking updates should be used for the order.

 

Tracking Number

If an order has delivery tracking, the customer will receive an automated email from the GoToTags shipping system with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Make sure to check the SPAM email folder if the email is not received. The email is sent when we create the shipment with the shipping carrier; it often takes several hours for the carrier’s system to update to reflect movement of the shipment.
