Store – Shipping Delays

The GoTotags Store provides estimates of the shipment delivery time once an order has been placed and reviewed. Shipments are sometimes delayed during delivery; delays can occur for several reasons including weather, operational issues, customs and other unforeseen reasons and are generally out of GoToTags’ control. The potential for delay should be factored in with the choice of product and shipping method.

Always allow for at least 2 days of leeway before the project’s desired in-hands date to mitigate the effects of any potential delay.

Shipping Delays vs. Production Delays

If a tracking number has been issued for an order, then customers can safely assume that the order has been shipped and the order is not experiencing a production delay. After an order has been shipped and a tracking number is issued, delays related to shipping are out of GoToTags’ control. Inquiries relative to shipping delays should be directed to the shipping carriers.

If a tracking number has not been issued, then you are likely experiencing a production delay. Please double check for previously received correspondence from GoToTags relative to a production delay, otherwise contact us.
